I was kindly sent a few bunches by the British Asparagus team today, so I chose to make this recipe, generally since I had feta in the fridge and thought it would be a good concept. Ends up, it was. A quick note about the preserved lemon you don't always need to buy it particularly for this dish if you do not think you'll utilize it in anything else (since just an extremely little amount is needed), BUT if you do take place to have some in the fridge, then I extremely suggest it as I think it works surprisingly with the feta.
